SHIPPING POLICY
Most domestic orders placed before 12:30 pm Eastern Time ship the same or following business day. After our cutoff time and if a part is urgently needed, please contact us at 1-800-385-6620. We will do our best to accomodate you with a same day shipping, on a case by case basis. Please note that we only ship on regular business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
International Orders: International orders go through a verification process before shipping that takes one to two hours and might slightly delay the shipping time. Also, it is important to understand that 4WheelsAutoParts.com cannot be held responsible for delays in Customs in the destination country. We have absolutely no control over the time needed to clear customs.
Shipping to Freight Forwarders: We ship to freight forwarders with the following restrictions: The billing address for your order needs to match your credit card information. 4WheelsAutoparts.com cannot be held responsible for damages occuring to products during transit from your freight forwarder to the final destination. Damage claims can only be valid if filed prior to the forwarding of the products.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer a free domestic shipping option for the 48 contiguous states and on most products listed on our website. Some products do not qualify for free shipping because of their volume or their weight. For example, parts such as panels, metal body parts and liquids do not qualify for free shipping. These products are clearly identified on the individual product information page.
PART RETURNS
Your satisfaction with our products is our priority. We carefully inspect every product before it is shipped. In the event you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days from the invoice date for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
- A return authorization number (RMA) must be obtained through us. Please send us an email request to returns@4wheelsautoparts.com
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- There are no missing parts, hardware, seals or instructions in the original packaging.
- The product is not electrical or electronic by nature (air mass meters, sensors, ECUs, relays, etc).
- The product is unopened if it is either sealed or vacuum packaged (fluids, some gaskets, manuals, etc).
- The part has not been installed or disassembled in any way.
A 20% restocking / handling fee will be charged on all returns.
Refunds do not include shipping charges incurred for returns and/or the original shipment. Only the product price, minus the 20% restocking fee can be refunded.

We strongly recommend using FedEx or UPS to beneficiate from package tracking and insurance. Nova One LLC / 4WheelsAutoParts.com cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Parts are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary based on the product and the manufacturer. The terms are generally included within the packaging. If terms are not included, the product generally bears a 12 month / 12,000 miles warranty. In the event a part is defective, a claim with the manufacturer must be submitted by us on your behalf for an exchange and the following conditions apply:
- The part has been installed by a licensed/certified repair shop. A copy of the repair invoice with date of repair and car mileage must be included with your return.
- The warranty is not transferable and you must be the owner of the vehicle and purchaser of the part. A copy of your car registration must be included with your return.
- The part has not been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident or improper installation.
- Wear and tear is specifically excluded from any warranty coverage.
- A full description of the failure is provided with the return request.
- The part must be inspected and approved by the manufacturer for warranty coverage.
- Parts under warranty and approved by the manufacturer can be only exchanged.
- Nova One LLC / 4WheelsAutoParts.com will not be liable for incidental nor consequential damage or costs of labor to install or remove the part.
- The exchange could be delayed pending manufacturer's inspection.
GENERAL RETURN / EXCHANGE RULES
In the even a wrong part was shipped by Nova One, LLC / 4WheelsAutoParts.com, restocking fees will not apply and the shipping cost to replace the part will be waived.
If you request a product exchange, the replacement product must be paid in advance. The returned part must be processed for a refund, subject to the above-mentioned general rules.
International returns must be identified by the customer as "Returned Merchandise" to avoid U.S. Customs fees. In the event U.S. Customs fees apply and are paid by us, the total amount of the fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
